RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY  

MBR makes a policy of not allowing returns of items for refund. We do understand that in very rare cases an item may arrive damaged. In these rare cases, we at MBR will evaluate any return inquiry on a case by case basis.

MBR creates every product with care and passion. Should you choose to return a product within 14 days of purchase and our customer service team approves the cause, we will happily refund the purchase price to the credit card used for the purchase if the Merchandise is returned to our shipment center. There are no cash refunds. Returns or exchanges of opened or used products are taken on a case by case status.

Purchases of Merchandise made through the MBR website, www.mbrcare.com, can be returned by mail, and must be unopened and in sellable condition. You must present the original invoice provided to you via email when making any return.

After 7 days, any considerations for returns or exchanges are closed. 


All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt.

Only applicable for purchases made through MBR Cosmetics USA LLC’s website www.mbrcare.com.

A written copy of this policy can be provided upon request. MBR reserves the right to modify its return, refund and exchange policy at any time, without notice.
