How will I receive my items?

Once you place your order online, our team here at MBR will receive your invoice. We then sort your items, safely prepare them, and pack them nicely into a shipping parcel.  We then print a shipping label for our shipping partner, who will pick up the package and deliver it to you.

How do I check my order status?

As soon as you place your order online, you will receive a email confirming your order. 

Once we have packaged your order and our shipping partner has picked it up, we will send you an email with a tracking number and confirmation that your order has shipped. To track your order, you can either check with the carriers website, or check via the link provided by clicking on your tracking number.

*Please note some carriers may take up to 24 hours to provide accurate tracking info once the order has shipped.

What are my shipping options?

We provide shipping to the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and South America.

All orders over $250.00 qualify for free Shipping*.

All orders under $250.00 are a flat rate of $15.00 Shipping*.

Any orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and South America will be automatically charged at $50.00.

*Order processing may take up to 24 – 48 hours for Overnight Shipping and 24 – 72 hours for Flatrate Shipping and is only done Monday – Friday.

*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.  Once authorized we will begin with processing and shipment.

*Overnight Shipping ($40.00) applies to most parcel orders placed on the US website ( before 12pm PST Monday through Friday (Excluding Holidays). Applies to parcel orders shipping within the Continental United States only. Applies to current items in stock. If MBR needs to contact you to validate or amend your order, payment information, or shipping information, your shipment may be delayed. Overnight Shipping means your package is packaged and ready prior to the last scheduled pickup at MBR’s Location. Please note, MBR cannot be responsible for delays due to carrier, weather, power outages, or any other acts of nature beyond our control.

**If any orders are received on a Weekend or Holiday, we will process and ship as quickly as we can, within the following business day.t
