All sales are final, we cannot accept any returns. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges (if applicable) are only for the same item. Exchanges must be addressed within 14 days of your receipt of items. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to us at customerservice@mbrcare.com.If we are unable to replace your item, we can only issue a store credit.
